Shipping policy

At Purethia, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible, from checkout to delivery. This page explains how we handle shipping, processing, and delivery for all orders placed on our store.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

If we experience a high volume of orders or if an item is on backorder, processing times may take a little longer,  but we’ll always keep you informed via email.

Shipping Time & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Within Australia: 7–10 business days

  • International Orders: 10–12 business days (may vary by region)

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, so you can easily monitor your package every step of the way.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promos, keep an eye out for those on our homepage or social pages.

After your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs or import duties may apply based on your country’s regulations. These fees are not covered by Purethia and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Packages
