How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After that, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days within Australia — you'll receive full details and a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for the latest estimates.

Do you ship internationally?
Right now we only ship within Australia, with free shipping on every order. We may expand to other countries in the future.

How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you don't see it within a few business days, check your spam folder or contact us.

Returns & refunds

What's your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the day you receive your item. It needs to be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

My order arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?
Contact us right away at info@purethia.com with photos if possible, and we'll sort it out.

Products

How do I pick the right pillow height?
Side sleepers usually do better with a higher loft (10–12cm) to fill the gap between shoulder and neck; back sleepers usually prefer a lower loft (6–8cm).

Are Purethia products safe for sensitive skin?
Our eye masks and sleep sprays are made for everyday use, but if you have specific allergies or sensitivities, check the materials listed on each product page before buying.

Do you have a discount for first-time customers?
Yes — sign up for 10% off your first order. If a code isn't working, contact us and we'll help.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Email us as soon as possible — we process orders quickly, so the sooner you reach out, the better the chance we can catch it before it ships.
